What counts as a dental emergency?

Can you see me today for an emergency appointment?
Yes, we reserve specific appointments daily for emergencies. Please call as early as possible. Our goal is to alleviate your pain and stabilize your condition quickly.
What should I do if my tooth is knocked out?
Time is critical. Pick it up by the crown (not root). Rinse briefly with milk/saliva if dirty. Try to re-implant it immediately. If not possible, store in milk or cheek and get to us within 30 minutes for the best chance of saving it.
I am very anxious about dental treatment, can you help?
Absolutely. We specialize in treating anxious patients with compassion. Our environment is calm, and we offer sedation options like happy gas and IV sedation to help you feel completely relaxed during treatment.
Do you fix broken fillings or crowns?
Yes, a lost filling/crown leaves teeth vulnerable. We can often repair it same-day. If a crown comes off, bring it with you as we may be able to re-cement it temporarily.
What happens after the emergency visit?
Our primary focus is relieving pain and stabilizing the tooth. We may place a temporary dressing. Once comfortable, we will discuss a comprehensive plan for permanent treatment like a crown or root canal.
