Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation
48 Hours Notice
We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to keep our appointment schedule on time. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice so that we may offer your appointment time to another patient.
Confirmations
If we fail to be able to confirm your appointment via email, text, or phone call, then your appointment may be deferred to ensure our schedule remains efficient for all patients.
Late Attendance
You must attend your appointment on time, allowing enough time to attend earlier if you have not filled out your online medical history prior. If you are running late, please advise our team earlier so that we may make efforts to better accommodate your needs on the day.
Attending your appointment late may result in it needing to be postponed so that we can reschedule to a time where there is suitable time for your treatment needs, and so as to not negatively affect the treatment outcomes of those after you. Every effort will be made to accommodate within reason on the day.
Cancellation Fees
Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation may result in a cancellation fee being charged. If you fail to attend your appointment without providing sufficient notice of more than 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

Our Commitment
We believe that dental care should be accessible to all, and we are committed to providing our services at a fair and reasonable cost. We will provide you with an estimate of the fees for any proposed treatment, and we will discuss payment options with you.
Deposits
If we do not receive your requested deposit within the requested time, your appointment may be cancelled.

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept:

- Dental Financing Options
*We do not offer bulk-billing services.
Where to Find Us
Our practice is located between Bendigo Bank and BOQ. Free 3P parking is available by parking underneath the Coles centre accessed on Dobson St. Call our clinic if you feel you are going to be late or are lost.
